Description

A delicious and creamy dip perfect for serving with crackers, combining BBQ chicken and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (for the dip)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (for topping)
  • 1 lb cooked, shredded chicken
  • crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a bowl, stir the cream cheese to loosen it. Add the ranch dressing, bbq sauce, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Add the Chicken. Mix to combine.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
  4. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers.

Notes

  • This dip is best served warm.
  • You can substitute shredded chicken with chopped rotisserie chicken for convenience.
