- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Remove the mascarpone from the fridge before preparing the remaining ingredients (leave it out for up to 10 minutes to soften slightly).
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream, vanilla bean paste, and extract if using. Whisk in powdered sugar (sifted, if needed), until combined.
- Stir the mascarpone cheese into the liquid, slowly to start, until it’s completely combined and smooth.
- Serve with your favorite fruit, and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
