Classic deviled eggs with a creamy filling, perfect for parties or appetizers.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes to cool.
- Peel the cooled eggs under running water and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks into a bowl; mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives before serving.
Notes
- For easier peeling, try using older eggs.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
