A delicious savory casserole made with layers of croissants, ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, and a creamy custard.

- 8 large croissants
- 8 oz sliced ham
- 8 oz sliced roasted turkey
- 8 oz sliced Swiss cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for serving)
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam (for serving)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cut croissants in half lengthwise. Layer half in the bottom of the dish.
- Add half the ham, half the turkey, and half the cheese over the croissants. Repeat with the remaining layers.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour custard evenly over the casserole. Gently press down. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Let the casserole sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with warm raspberry jam.
