- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 14 oz Kielbasa Sausage, sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika (optional)
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Brown the kielbasa slices for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and onion, sautéing for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a light simmer.
- Add the pasta, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until al dente.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted, then add the cheddar or mozzarella until gooey.
- Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a bit of heat, consider adding red pepper flakes.
