Description

Delicious and easy-to-make garlic parmesan baguette slices, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) baguette
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • to taste dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices and place each slice onto a large, parchment paper lined baking sheet. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until combined.
  4. Smear the creamy garlic sauce onto each slice of the baguette, getting it as close to the edges as possible.
  5. Bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes or until the bread is slightly toasted and the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Top with dried parsley then enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe estimates about 21 slices from the baguette.
  • Feel free to substitute romano cheese for parmesan if desired.
