A creamy and delicious crab and spinach artichoke dip perfect for any gathering!

- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in crab meat, spinach, artichokes, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
