Description

A festive cheese ball that resembles Rudolph, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Swap with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.)
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese (Feel free to substitute with feta or sharp white cheddar.)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Try different shredded cheese mixes.)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (Fresh minced garlic can be used sparingly.)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans (Walnuts or almonds can also be used.)
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper (Substitute with cherry tomatoes.)
  • 4 whole Black Olives (Peppercorns or small grapes can also work.)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and chopped pecans. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  2. With clean hands, gently form the mixture into a ball resembling Rudolph’s head.
  3. Transfer the cheese ball to a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled, create Rudolph’s nose with the red bell pepper and press in the black olives for eyes.
  5. Let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.
