A festive cheese ball that resembles Rudolph, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Swap with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.)
- 4 oz Blue Cheese (Feel free to substitute with feta or sharp white cheddar.)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Try different shredded cheese mixes.)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (Fresh minced garlic can be used sparingly.)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans (Walnuts or almonds can also be used.)
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper (Substitute with cherry tomatoes.)
- 4 whole Black Olives (Peppercorns or small grapes can also work.)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and chopped pecans. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- With clean hands, gently form the mixture into a ball resembling Rudolph’s head.
- Transfer the cheese ball to a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, create Rudolph’s nose with the red bell pepper and press in the black olives for eyes.
- Let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.
