Description
Delicious and juicy air-fried steak bites seasoned with garlic and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin or ribeye (cut into 1 ½ inch cubes)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the minced garlic, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the spices all over the steak.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread the steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air-fry for 4-8 minutes, or until desired doneness. (4 mins=rare, 5 mins=medium-rare, 6 mins=medium, and 8 mins=well done)
- Transfer the steak bites to a clean bowl and toss with the melted butter and parsley. Enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the steak cubes and desired doneness.
- For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
