- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp milk (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth and creamy.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
- Place about a tablespoon of the cheesecake filling at the wide end of each crescent triangle and roll them up.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the rolled crescent dough on it.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth to create a drizzle.
- Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before drizzling the icing on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors!
