Baked Edamame with Parmesan

Description

Delicious baked edamame tossed with olive oil and parmesan for a crispy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz package frozen shelled edamame
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the edamame into a colander and rinse under cold water to thaw.
  3. Drain and dry the edamame.
  4. Spread the edamame beans into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is crispy and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
