Description

Delicious chicken nachos topped with cheese, salsa, and jalapeños.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz sturdy tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (blend of cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup fresh salsa
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown (about 7-8 minutes per side). Shred the chicken once cooked.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Layer shredded chicken on top, followed by shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and add fresh salsa, jalapeños, green onions, and dollops of sour cream.
  6. Serve immediately while warm.
