A delicious and nutritious Cherry Yogurt Parfait that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen pitted cherries (chopped)
- 5 oz low sugar vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s)
- ¼ cup full fat or low fat cottage cheese (I used Good Culture)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate Catalina Crunch cereal (or other high protein cereal)
- ½ Tablespoon low sugar chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
- 1 drizzle of almond butter
Instructions
- Add cherries to a bowl and top with yogurt, cottage cheese and vanilla extract.
- Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the cherries thaw a bit, if desired.
- Top with cereal, chocolate chips and almond butter.
- Stir to combine and enjoy!

- This parfait can be customized with different yogurts and toppings according to your taste.
- For a sweeter flavor, adjust the amount of chocolate chips used.
