Description

Deliciously flaky croissants filled with rich chocolate chip cookie dough.


Ingredients

  • 6 large butter croissants
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream for brushing
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully cut a slit along the side of each croissant without cutting all the way through.
  3. Fill the pocket created by the slit with a golf ball-sized portion of chilled cookie dough.
  4. Place filled croissants on a parchment-lined baking tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Bake until golden brown and crispy on top, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while warm and let cool slightly before serving.
