Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, salt, dill, chives, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
