Description
A refreshing fruit salad with a sweet honey basil dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 small cantaloupe (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 pineapple (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Prep the fruit. Cut up the fruit and drain any excess liquid. Then, transfer the fruit to a large salad bowl and set aside.
- Make the dressing. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice. Stir in the basil.
- Combine. Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
- Chill, then serve. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other fruits as per your taste!
- This salad is best served chilled.
