Description

Delicious grilled chicken breasts marinated with lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for a flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Clean, trim, and pound chicken to an even thickness. Place in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, ground mustard, and salt.
  3. Pour marinade over the chicken, flipping to coat all sides.
  4. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
