Description
This delicious white chocolate fudge is packed with mini marshmallows and M&M’s, making for a sweet treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped (wafers or chips)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, warm (not boiling hot)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (add 1/2 cup more if you wish for more marshmallow)
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s (1/4 cup for fudge, 1/4 cup for the top for decorating)
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles for the top (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 10x7x2 or an 8×8 dish or pan with wax paper or parchment paper.
- In a deep bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave until it melts. Make sure to mix with a spatula every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- Add in warmed up condensed milk and mix until smooth. The condensed milk should be warm for easier mixing and smoothness of the fudge. Just microwave it for 15-20 seconds, not boiling hot.
- Add in marshmallows and quickly stir.
- Next, add in 1/4 cup M&M’s and toss around quickly and not a lot. M&M’s will melt, so you don’t want to overmix to keep the fudge mostly white looking.
- Pour this mixture into the parchment lined dish or pan.
- Toss some sprinkles and M&M’s on top of the fudge.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight until the fudge is firm for slicing.
Notes
- This fudge can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Ensure that the chocolate is stirred regularly while melting to avoid burning.
- Try adding different toppings to customize your fudge.
