Description

This delicious white chocolate fudge is packed with mini marshmallows and M&M’s, making for a sweet treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped (wafers or chips)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, warm (not boiling hot)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (add 1/2 cup more if you wish for more marshmallow)
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s (1/4 cup for fudge, 1/4 cup for the top for decorating)
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles for the top (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 10x7x2 or an 8×8 dish or pan with wax paper or parchment paper.
  2. In a deep bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave until it melts. Make sure to mix with a spatula every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  3. Add in warmed up condensed milk and mix until smooth. The condensed milk should be warm for easier mixing and smoothness of the fudge. Just microwave it for 15-20 seconds, not boiling hot.
  4. Add in marshmallows and quickly stir.
  5. Next, add in 1/4 cup M&M’s and toss around quickly and not a lot. M&M’s will melt, so you don’t want to overmix to keep the fudge mostly white looking.
  6. Pour this mixture into the parchment lined dish or pan.
  7. Toss some sprinkles and M&M’s on top of the fudge.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight until the fudge is firm for slicing.

Notes

  • This fudge can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • Ensure that the chocolate is stirred regularly while melting to avoid burning.
  • Try adding different toppings to customize your fudge.
