Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cole slaw mix (without the dressing, just the chopped cabbage pieces)
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pkg won ton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (+ 2 sprays)
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a pan on the stovetop over medium high heat add olive oil and ground beef. Cook until almost no pink is left and then add teriyaki sauce. Mix this in and cook another 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in cole slaw mixture with ground beef and mix in, cook another 2 minutes and then turn off and remove from heat to sit and cool a bit.
  3. On a cutting board have a small cup of water, won ton wrappers and cooked won ton filling that has cooled a bit.
  4. Lay one won ton wrapper down, fill with 1 tbsp meat in the center. Use finger to wet with water and spread on 2 edges of the wrapper.
  5. Fold wrapper over to contain meat in the center and press top 2 corners on to wet edges. Press with fingers so it is nice and sealed shut.
  6. Set on to a piece of parchment paper. Make as many as you’d like this way.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  8. Spray top and bottom of about 8 won tons with olive oil spray, lay inside air fryer basket not overlapping.
  9. Cook for a total of 5 minutes, flip after 3 minutes and spray the other side again with olive oil spray.
  10. Cook for 1-2 more minutes or until they’re as crispy as you’d like.
  11. Serve with side of soy sauce for dipping.
