Description

Delicious puff pastry filled with sweet nectarines, perfect for a dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry (Thawed)
  • 2 medium Nectarines (Pitted and diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
  • 1 egg (Beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar (For sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced nectarines, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Cut the pastry into squares, about 4 inches each.
  5. Place a spoonful of the nectarine filling in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

  • Make sure to adjust honey based on the sweetness of the nectarines.
