- 1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar

- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 3/4 cup steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Brew two shots of hot espresso using your preferred method.
- Add the espresso to a shaker or mason jar along with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add ice to the shaker, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Steam the milk until hot and frothy.
- Pour steamed milk into your serving cup.
- Strain the shaken espresso over the hot milk.
- Optionally, sprinkle with extra cinnamon for garnish.
