Description

Delicious and easy roast beef sliders topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns (soft and fresh)
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice each slider bun in half horizontally and arrange them cut-side up in the baking dish.
  3. Layer generous amounts of roast beef on the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Top the beef with Swiss cheese slices, allowing them to drape over the meat.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder; brush this mixture over the top halves of the buns.
  6. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
