Delicious and easy roast beef sliders topped with melted cheese.

- 12 slider buns (soft and fresh)
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Slice each slider bun in half horizontally and arrange them cut-side up in the baking dish.
- Layer generous amounts of roast beef on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Top the beef with Swiss cheese slices, allowing them to drape over the meat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder; brush this mixture over the top halves of the buns.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
