Description

This delicious Brie and Pear Flatbread is a perfect appetizer or snack that combines creamy brie with sweet pears and honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Evenly layer the sliced brie cheese over the flatbread.
  4. Arrange the thin pear slices on top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
