- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Evenly layer the sliced brie cheese over the flatbread.
- Arrange the thin pear slices on top of the brie.
- Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
