Description

A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip perfect for sharing at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded, plus more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 package frozen spinach (defrosted and chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
  • tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, white cheddar, Gruyère, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Mix until fully combined and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Top with more shredded white cheddar.
  4. Bake until bubbly and slightly golden, about 30 minutes. If you’d like the dip to develop a more golden top, broil on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips or baguette slices for dipping.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • For a healthier option, serve with vegetable sticks.
